Are Social Skills Helping Women in the Brazilian Labor Market?

We document an increase in the likelihood of women working a good job (those with higher wages) Brazilian high-skilled labor market period 1994-2017. highlight importance social skills explaining why growing demand for workers has not been equal across gender.
